Food is decent and the price is fair. But, what I can’t understand is why the customer service has to be horrible. The attitude of these people behind the register is ridiculous. Maybe they don’t know we can take our business elsewhere.
I got the brisket plate because I saw it on their website advertised at $8.87. When I got there, I was informed that it is actually $11 and change. However, the amount of brisket you get makes it well worth it. I also appreciate that the bun is separate because I hate a soggy bun! I also got the mac & cheese which is lovely. Staff was friendly, no complaints other than they need to update their website.
We would have missed this restaurant if we had not googled food as we were passing through town. Its a pick up and go....no seating. No frills place, but the food was so amazing we did not mind eating in the car. Brisket sandwich came with a good portion of meat. Soft roll and hot french fries. Prices are very fair. Food was fast and hot. Some of the best barbeque we have had. The coleslaw must be an old family recipe..like nothing i have ever tasted...crunchy and yummy.Also ordered...
