Picked up a great Club Sandwich Croissant at The Crescent Cafe inside the South Carolina State Museum. The croissant was toasted, the perfectly cooked bacon was high quality, and the ham, turkey, cheese and gourmet lettuce were piled high. The sandwich was huge -- like a great club, made me stretch my jaw to take a bite! Delicious! Even loved the sweet pickle on the side.Service was courteous and prompt. The Crescent Cafe is the real star of going to the state museum. Wow! The food was great! The absolute best pimento cheese I've ever had in my life. I would pay some big money for that recipe. :) I wish I lived closer, I'd be a regular.
