I normally eat at both Lexington locations and this was my first visit to the Sandhills spot. The service was very good (our server was lively & had a beautiful singing voice) and the restaurant was clean and comfortable. My main dish, however, dropped the ball. I had the lunch #30 (carnitas) and the parts that weren't entirely fat, were so overcooked that I would have sworn it was jerky. Best El Jimador my family and I have eaten at so far. The atmosphere was perfect (not crowded) and the food was better than the one in Camden. I can not remeber our waiters name however, he was on top of everything we needed. Because of him we will be back. Management if you can look back at my ticket please post his name on here. The food was good the only reason I gave them this rating because our server forgot to put in a appetizer my lady wanted. She just brought out our food & we didn’t get refills on our drinks. The food is good though. No complaints on that.
