To say this is my favorite restaurant and I drove from over an hour from Florence to Columbia to eat inside… this visit was the most disappointing… Despite seeing people eating at the back of the restaurant upon arrival at 3:30pm on a EMPTY Saturday, the staff saw me and my friend sit down with both of our kids to prepare to order and was told that the inside was closed and the dining room was unable to be eaten in. this place is dirty DHEC needs to shut it down, it’s not clean floor is dirty tables not cleaned right, then there’s a video going around from a previous employee that showed dead rats overall they need to shut this down

The customer service is top-notch, with friendly and helpful staff who go above and beyond to ensure a pleasant visit. The Two Notch Road location provides hot, fresh, and cheesy meals, with a dining room open until 9 pm and a drive-thru until 10:30 pm for late-night cravings. Guests love the new dishes with spice, and the baked ziti is a favorite, with just enough heat. The fettuccine Alfredo is amazing, and the breadsticks are far better than what you will get at Olive Garden. All the pastas have been very good, and the meatballs are delicious. Fazoli's is an excellent place to go for good Italian food at reasonable prices and short wait times.
