Flounder and that’s enough 😂
This review is specifically for the newer Redbank location. We had a late night concert Monday night at the White Knoll High School PAC center and decided afterwards to go to this location. We weren't aware that they closed at 9pm until after we were leaving. Most of our party arrived at 8:15pm but we had some stragglers that arrived at 8:40pm. We went Thursday for dinner here visiting my brother from Ky had chicken livers they were the best and are waitress Tiffany was awesome took really good care of us

Lizard's Thicket Restaurant offers typical southern food with great customer service. Many customers eat there weekly, having grown up enjoying the meals. Despite some minor service delays, the food is delicious. The hamburger steak with grilled onions and brown gravy is a favorite, as well as the chicken & rice soup, which appeals to families. The chicken and waffles is described as AWESOME, featuring hand-breaded, perfectly cooked fried chicken. The baked chicken salad and baked chicken thigh with Alabama slaw and macaroni and cheese were also praised for being super great and homemade. With over 45 years in business and 13 locations, they have been a go-to soul food spot for over 25 years. Customers appreciate the friendly and helpful staff, with many noting that their food comes out quickly and in generous portions at good prices. Even if there are occasional hiccups with orders, they always make things right.
