Nothing beats a fresh hot original Krispy Kreme donut.
The only drawback is that I am old enough to remember a dozen being a good bit less than $5.00 a dozen. So the current price is getting to be a bit hard to swallow.

With a steady flow of customers but not very fast paced, the service was slow. But more importantly, the donuts seem to be suffering from shrinkflation, just way smaller than they used to be. In three bites it was gone. The coffee is just awful, it tastes mostly like water instead of coffee.
Lastly, we were unable to get a latte because, according to the guy at the counter they are very busy and he does not have the time to clean the machine.
November 2024
We were passing through on our way home from being out of town. We were stopping for lunch and gas and saw the HOT sign! We brake for Krispy Kreme!
We used the drive-through, and that lady was a delight!! In pretty short order, we had our 2 dozen hot and delicious glazed treasures!
I have no pictures as we descended upon them like wilk animals. Yum!
