Went into marble slab today for an afternoon treat before I pick my kids up from camp and I was greeted by Bailey who was one of the nicest workers that I’ve seen in marble slab in a very, very, very long time and I’ve been coming here for years, most of the times when I come in the staff has no sense of urgency. They seem like they don’t wanna work rushing through your order or have an attitude when the line is very long, but I will say Bailey was so sweet I wish I could...

The treats are awesome. The place smells delicious 😂😂. The treats are sumptuous. I had the snicker milkshake. It was a bit too thick but tasted great once it melted down a bit. The picture has the drizzle on top and I didn’t get that on mine, will just ask for it the next time I go back.

The employees seemed a bit disoriented with the rush but were able to serve with a polite smile and greeting.

I came into marble slab having a bad day hoping some ice cream would cheer me up and this young lady who served me I didn’t get her name but she had blue with copperish braids and I can say she made my day a lot better she was so nice she talked to me with such care she asked me how my day was going and just all around being very helpful and kind I can truly say that, that was by far the best customer service I’ve had in a long time and I will definitely be coming back plus...
