On 2/6/24 we went to Reb Lobster on Two Notch in Columbia Dc. Waited over 45 minutes for our food when we got the food it was cold. Cancelled our order only got two $10.00 coupons one has to be used by the end on this month the other by the end of February.. If I had saw them before we left I would have given them back. We ate Done with Red Lobster. Columbia and Sumter. In Sumter our food was cold had a hair in it. The waitress saw it when she sat it down.
Our server was fabulous!! Unfortunately I forgot to ask her name…
My daughter and I visited this location for a late Mother's day treat. However it was a big mistake. We were seated a few minutes after arriving the server came over got our drink order that was the best part of the experience. It went down hill from there. After getting our drinks she took our order . My daughter and I sat there talking waiting on our dinner. It was slow at this time . After about 15 minutes I still didn't even get my salad .
