well, I ordered thru the app (as always) and upon arrival someone had taken my order. The lady at the front acted like I was just SOL at first until I mentioned a remake. 10 mins later, the employee sets the food on the counter, doesn’t say sorry, doesn’t say anything at all. Just walks away after setting it on counter. I’m sorry but the customer service here is awful. Will definitely be making the drive to the other location from now on.
I didn’t want to give a bad review, the staff was decent and the atmosphere was like any other chipotle, but my bone to pick was with my food. Came to pick up my order. It was confirmed ready for pick up on the app. I come in 5 minutes late. My food wasn’t ready and the portions they have are extremely small. Horrible customer service. Keep in mind the restaurant was completely empty. Teen girl up front was completely rude.I also want to note, my chicken was COLD. Bag was ripped with my burrito bowl not fully sealed. Later spilling onto my car seat. Also I said I wanted utensils. I wasn’t given any.
