I placed an online order at 2:31pm. I waited over an hour when I got there still. I did not receive my order until 4:13 pm. There was no I'm sorry for the long wait, not even here is a cold beverage for the wait. No one said your order will be 30 more minutes or anything. This was my second time visiting this establishment. The first time everything was great!!! It was so good that I ended up ordering a plate for the next day. Well I went in yesterday and ordered oxtails, rice and gravy, green beans, and mac-n-cheese. I also ordered a piece of red velvet cake! ($42.00 which included the tip I left). I don’t even know where to begin! I ordered the hamburger steak, which was so delish. I see why it’s a favorite. It was busy but the food was sooooo good. It’s definitely worth the wait. Met Ms. Crystal and I can see why her food is so good! She’s such a pleasant woman to talk to. I felt like I was home as a little girl eating my mom’s good Sunday dinners.
