I pop in this place from time to time. The staff is super nice and my smoothie is always good. The older woman there I believe her name is Lori was super helpful in explaining the different smoothie options to assist with my dietary need. She was beyond pleasant and understanding of my situation. She also reminded me about the survey but typical me threw out my receipt. So I figured this is the best way to applaud superior service. Thank you so much for all the help.

First time at this location, and I had to wait 30 minutes for my order, which was 2 smoothies. They had to make one of my smoothies over and still ended up with the wrong kind. They tried to call the manager to get a pin for a refund, but there no answer, so I left. Will not return to this location.EDIT: Was at one star, but I was contacted by the owner, and they made right what was wrong, and that meant a lot. My husband and I will be back!
