What a horrible online order experience. I have ordered at 10am and after placing online order then it only says ready for pick up at 11am. Went to have the order cancelled at the store at 4464 Devine St., Columbia SC but they said they couldnt cancel it because its not on the system yet. Needless to say, I have placed the order online for convenience and ended up waiting for an hour to get my order. Will never order subway online again. Its frustrating.
