Amazing food! Staff is fast and friendly.

The restaurant is quite cramped and they sat our party of 3 at a table for 2. The server was kind and efficient. After waiting quite a while for the food it became clear the timing of dishes was messed up. They also cancelled our reservation 4 minutes before we were due at the restaurant

The pizza came out hot and was quite good. The arugula salad came out with chicken that was neither hot nor cold but in the cool side of warm and not at a safe serving temperature. They did microwave the chicken to heat it up and placed it back on top of the same salad. The biscuits were cold and the side of bacon was both burnt and only 3 of the 4 advertised pieces were served.

We tried to address this with the server thinking the manager might come over to check in but they did not. We paid our tab left a tip and left.

The last 3 times I have been to Tazza in Trenholm Plaza have been disappointing. I will not be back.

Update I did reach out to manager and have not heard back. I am waiting and will update again if I hear back.

I’m sorry but they definitely played I had the chicken adobo the chicken was very bland and had to add sauce to it the pizza was okay was little soggy !! Was not satisfied

My family and I came to Tazza Kitchen for lunch and were seated almost immediately, even though it was quite busy. I ordered the Baja Bowl, my wife the TK BLT and a cheese pizza for the kids to share. The kid's pizza came out fairly quick but we waited almost an additional 20 or so minutes for our entrees. The waitress said the pizza cook was also the sandwich cook and he got bogged down. No big deal, when the food came out, it was certainly worth the wait. All in all it was a good experience.

Tazza is my top pick in the Columbia area. You need to make a reservation, ideally a day or so in advance. Our table was ready at our reservation time. Our server was attentive without hovering and he was knowledgeable. I am Gluten Free and there are several items (appetizers, sides, main course) labeled as GF. I also do not drink alcohol and they had 3 mocktails on the menu. The food is delicious. Complex flavors, and combination which I either wouldn't have time or the ingredients to make at home. We don't go out to eat often, but I truly feel that it is always worth it to eat at Tazza. I always leave satisfied.

Cute place. Enjoyed the grilled chicken sandwich. Quick and friendly service!

We ordered steak & cheese, shrimp tacos, and chips and cheese dip. First of all, it was confusing on which way to enter and which hostess stand to approach. The service was ok and the outdoor seating is good. The food overall was alright and the cost was comparable to how expensive it is to eat out these days. It also was uncomfortable for us when the waitress called us “sweethearts, my babies, honey” because she was not that old ?.

First time here at this restaurant, and this restaurant has good vibes. Great bar setup, has a couple TVs which is nice and it's not overwhelming because it's not a sports bar which allows you to talk and Vibe with the person that is next to you instead of watching TV. The food was really good, I had the tacos, which was good, but I thought it was a bit small for the price, and I had the roasted beets, which was pretty good also. The salmon dinner was good, however, the rice was undercooked, and we had a white pizza, which was pretty good as well. For dessert, i had a tiramisu, which was homemade and I got very excited especially when it came to the table because so many restaurants would tell me that is homemade and it's not but this was actually homemade and really good.

Parking: The restaurant is in the shopping center so there is plenty of parking even if you don't find anything close to the restaurant you can find parking and just walk over to the restaurant

Wheelchair accessibility: This restaurant is wheelchair accessible, but it is kind of tight in the restaurant but I am sure they will accommodate you if you have a wheelchair

Kid-friendliness: There were several kids there who were in highchairs. Some older kids too. All seemed happy and were eating. Well behaved.

My family was visiting from out of town and my mom made a reservation for 2pm. I guess she didn’t realize they close at 2:30 in between lunch and dinner, but the reservation was already made and this was where our family was planning on going. When we got there at 2, the place was packed and I saw other tables still having their order taken. When we got to the host stand the manager was behind the hosts and made sure to tell me very nastily that they close at 2:30 and to make sure we’re out by then. The cooks behind the host stand also thought it was appropriate to shout at me at the front door about them closing at 2:30. I’m sure they just wanted to us to leave, which we did, but they shouldn’t have let us make the reservation if it was that big of an issue. The fact that the restaurant was full and with other new tables makes me think that our table of 4 wouldn’t have made much difference. This is the second time I’ve come here and had the staff talk to me rudely; probably because I’m young.

Great atmosphere and service. The beet salad and flat bread pizza was very satisfying!
