I guess I'll never understand the negativity. I arrived at 820 for a 9am pickup. I got a door in about ten minutes-extremely nice folks. I was loaded and out of the gate at 1048. Scaled the load 4 miles away at the Petro-everything was fine. Great location, great folks, nice load. I'll be back!
We read the reviews of every place we go to in order to properly prepare ourselves. This place had us really worried with the horrible reviews.. Knowing that many people said they waited anywhere between 4 to 34 hours, we decided that since we had a very early drop-off before going there for our 1pm pickup, we might as well get there early and see what happens. 2nd time picking up a load from here. Everyone from the security guard at the gate to the lady in the shipping office, to the loaders themselves were very friendly and do their jobs well. Would not mind picking up here again.
