Solid 4 stars. Server started strong but became hard to find for refills and the bill and there were only three tables sat in the restaurant. Food was plenty and tasty though not winning any awards. Atmosphere was good and friendly.
I've been eating Sushi for decades. My obsession began while living in Seattle in the early to mid 90s. Arguably the best city in America for 5-star sushi restaurants. But from Seattle to L.A. to Miami or New York, who would've thought my best sushi experience would come from a small, locally owned restaurant in a tiny strip center in the outskirts of Blythewood, SC. Loved getting this place carry out. Had decent sushi and the caramelized eggplant was amazing. Sad to see them close. Hope the new Middle Eastern deli that takes its place is as good.
