The food was great, but I had a bit of a wait time because they were a little short staffed.
The wings here are TINY. Like half the size of a traditional wing. Maybe smaller honestly. It’s like they killed the chicken just after it hatched. And you’re paying like $1.50+ per wing. Ours also came very over cooked and tough. Good flavor on the sauces though. Our service was great and polite. The band that performed was entirely too loud though and I couldn’t have a conversation with someone directly next to me.Don’t bother eating here. Not worth the price point sadly.
Since the other location shut down I figured I’d get similar service at this one. Nope! I encountered the worst bartender I’ve had in years. Zero personality. Zero customer service skills. If you eat here, order to go
Wild Wing Cafe is a restaurant located downtown with a spacious interior, complete with an arcade and pool room. Although they were understaffed during a visit, the food was well worth the wait, being hot, fresh, and delicious. The restaurant offers a variety of entertainment options such as pool tables, TVs, and a stage for live entertainment. However, on another visit, it was noted that the heat was broken, making the inside temperature cooler than the outside. Despite this maintenance issue, the service was good and the food was hot. With a variety of activities for families to enjoy, including an upstairs arcade, Wild Wing Cafe has the potential to thrive if they address staffing and maintenance concerns.
