“There's something about walking into a mom and pop diner. It's the conversation going around the room, the smell of coffee and good food being served and wonderful waitresses who know their customers by their first name. I'm not a local to Darlington but this place sure makes you feel at home. Thank you for your wonderful service and true to life southern hospitality to the "Joe's Grill" staff. Btw the food was delicious too.“

“Absolutely the best! The salads are my favorite but the club and subs are out if this world. They load the blt with so much bacon and its the good bacon. A must if you go to Florence! Order online and pick it up in the drive thru is what I love. Lunch is so quick and most the time you can eat the other half of your sandwich for dinner.Dietary restrictions: You tell them what you want and they will make it to your liking.“

“First time experience was a good one! The flower show brought me into Florence so when it was time to eat the Aloha was picked! This is a unique burger joint that seems to have a Hawaiian touch to the food. The menu was simple and burgers, chicken, & fries along with some other specials and meals. I went with a double patty burger. The burger is served up with a pineapple slice, lettuce, tomatoes, and a signature sauce that I found to be very good, similarities to chick Fila sauce in my opinion. The one other thing to mention was the Hawaiian way seems to use a teriyaki blend, this was on the burger as well. I had no problems with the establishment and honestly not too much I can think of that I cam warn or complain about. I will say the drinks selection is limited to about 3 or 4 flavors and they only offer cans. The place seemed rather small however it did seem like it had more room I didn't go check so idk! Lastly the cooks and the cashier all had smiles and seemed happy, and I surely love when people greet you in a good mood! I have given this food place the 5 start treatment. I would recommend this place!“

“Had Haley as my server and she is top-notch, while I ate, Daniel, the back of the house manager stopped by and he was extremely professional and kind and to top off my night since I was eating alone, a very beautiful, young and energetic manager stopped by and she spent some time with me just talking about things. It really made me feel at home since I was alone eating tonight. There is no way Rachel is a new manager , she is definitely a seasoned professional.“

“Awesome service, sweet and friendly people! I will say driveway is very narrow so be careful with big long vehicles lol! I had major anxiety taking my husbands truck thru the line LOL take in mind I’m a 5’0 female driving a 2003 Ford F350 diesel.Parking: If you can’t find parking in their lot park in Walmart parking lot.“
