“The subway in Darlington always delivers for me. Have been frequenting there because of the great deals on the app they’ve had a lot of recently. It’s subway quality which some may say isn’t the best but they deliver what they do very well.“

“This is an excellent location typically but just a bit of advice: If a customer is sitting idle for a few minutes at a time and has not been helped in any capacityit’s probably a good idea to check in to see if they need any help with anything. Even if the answer might be no.

In the past, when I’ve ordered DoorDash from this location to pick it up for myself, I have been able to go to the online pick up order and snag my bag.

Granted, I do not live here and it’s been a couple of months since I’ve been back so clearly things have changed. It’s probably not ideal to assume that all customers know the policy right off hand.

And while I do take responsibility for not necessarily going up to the counter and checking on my order immediately, it still would’ve been nice for someone to at some point ask me if I needed help with anything instead of watching me sit there.

“Absolutely love the quality of the ingredients and the attention to my order the workers take. They are friendly and if I call in my order, the drive thru window is very convenient. Love that I can add on extra pickles for a small fee, and even upgrade to a combo for added value. If feeling particularly hungry I can double theeat for just a few dollars extra.
