Food wasn't tasty and rude service!
Their food is always fresh and accurate.
Just had a family lunch here and everything was tasty and fresh.

Wendy's is a restaurant with bright menus and clean bathrooms, although the lobby and area behind the counter could be cleaner. The manager was observed without a beard net, but all employees wore gloves. A customer's chicken nuggets were satisfactory, but the grilled chicken wrap was not prepared correctly twice. The wrap had issues with temperature and presentation. The restaurant could benefit from upper management's assistance to improve in certain areas.
On a positive note, another customer enjoys the "Dave's double," fries, and chocolate frosty, praising the new location's service. They appreciate the ketchup on the table and a wash sink outside of the bathroom. However, there have been incidents of incorrect orders through the drive-thru. It is suggested that order details be verified when taking payment at the first window.
