“I know it's Christmas day, so I'm ok with having to wait 30 minutes for my food.

Ordered 5 full stacks to go, and when I got my food I had to ask for the fifth one.
Instead of putting my toppings in/on the pancakes they were in little cups on the side.

Each of those cups was for a separate full stack.
That's maybe enough for one pancake(reference picture).
I asked if I could get some more of each topping and was told that it would cost extra.
I've already paid $64.43 for my order, they can afford not to chince on the toppings.

The servers were very nice.

***I contacted management about the my experience and they went out of their way to make it right.
They responded within two days, and they remade my entire order.

My family's pancakes were wonderful, and the picture of the blueberry pancakes is of my pancakes.

I'm very satisfied with the resolution and I WILL return to this IHOP.***
