I ordered an ICED coffee thru the drive thru. After I paid at the window the girl hands me a HOT coffee. I told her I ordered an ICED coffee. Another girl comes up to the window and tells me that since that one had already been made I would either have to take the HOT coffee or I would have to additionally pay for a new ICED coffee. Stopped by after freezing all day at my son’s baseball game. Hot chocolate was NOT hot, lukewarm at most and no taste. Very disappointed in the product that was served. Waste of money.
The value is not there for the money spent. $20.00 to buy lunch with a 16oz coffee.
Asked for no tomatoes, no big deal came with tomatoes. Was told they were out of chips so they gave me an extra pickle. Was told and not asked any other substitution options. When asked what was the cost difference for just the sandwhich was told no cost difference. Would have liked to been given an option for a different substitution. Extra pickle was not an acceptable compensation.
