Staying across the street so after fishing all day was time to eat even though it was late they were still open and had several people still inside. Got the boiled peanuts and okra to snack on until the main course arrived. Got the shrimp boil. It was more food than expected but no complaints here. Only issue I would bring up is to turn the music down some. Speakers were behind us so every now and then we noticed how loud it actually was.
Down-home joint featuring BBQ, fried seafood, drink specials, live music, TV sports & marina views.

Good place to eat, but not fancy. The food is, I think, a notch better than Whaley's, but they don't have Whaley's 'jive" atmosphere

wasn't expecting the pork chop to have enough breading to work as a floatation device. It was just silly. Inside there was a slice of pork as thick as couple of deli slices. The greens were bland and the potatoes were unseasoned and over worked.
The crab dip was like cold tuna salad whipped together by someone who was trying to use up the last of the mayo with off brand Ritz crackers.
Eating on Edisto Island has mostly been a deep fried disappointment. Pack a lunch save a "C" bill.

Server and hostess were rude. Acted like we were the enemy for ordering drinks and food. I am sorry for going to the restaurant.

We stopped in for drinks really quick and drinks were fantastic! Bartender barely spoke to us and seemed grumpy but I’m hoping he was just having a bad day as everything else was great! My sister got the crab dip & loved it.

Foods good but full oysters that my 80 year old couldn't open without assistance.

Nice space on the second floor of a building with a large bar and tables spaced out enough for a fair amount of privacy. Apparently sharing ownership with the Waterfront Restaurant, which is also on the island. Their raw oysters were pretty good and tasted fresh, but I wasn't impressed with anything else. I had a great meal at Waterfront and would go back there instead.

Parking: Weird parking lot with concrete barriers in strange places. We went in the offseason so there was plenty of space. During the summertime, I bet the lot fills up especially if the bar on the first floor is open.

I had the flounder basket. My fish was soggy and my fries were undergone. We also ordered crab dip but our entrees came first. Not my favorite.

Parking: Not the greatest.... get there early for a decent spot. Food was delish, and service was great!
