The employee who helped me may have been named Kayla. She had such a sweet energy and was extremely helpful with helping me decide how to customize my grain bowl. Many of the dressings and dips are vegan and the hummus is to die for! She even let me try a few samples of the dressings to help me decide. Cava has vegan options to substitute in the place of meat like falafel and roasted veggies. Their drinks are healthy and refreshing. When I took the first bite of my food , I started doing a happy dance. When all of the flavors come together, it sends your tastebuds on an awesome ride ! “The young man working the front counter gets an A+ in Customer Service. He was cheerful & helpful. After he made sure I was happy with my purchase, he came around the counter to help the customer prior to me get her drinks (while I grabbed napkins) & opened the door for both of us to exit. The workers in the kitchen were jovial while busy at their tasks. The pizza tasted great! Kudos to the whole team“

“We waited for about 5 minutes to be seated, and the waiter was quick to take our order. I made sure to check in several times to see if everything was okay and was very well trained and attentive “great job “ .
The food came out hot and quick, the server was quick and polite and efficient, and I did see management was around making everywas up to par.

I have to say, compared to my last visit, which was a disaster, this experience has improved significantly. I believe the management took notice and made some improvements.
