As I entered the store, the aroma of freshly roasted coffee beans enveloped me, instantly transporting me to a state of pure bliss. Oh, what a heavenly experience it was! And with my illicit cup of caffeinated delight in hand, I made my triumphant escape, knowing that even in the midst of dieting, a little taste of heaven was just a clandestine“
“So we stopped by to get a dozen donuts and only the drive through was opened because of lack of staff. There was 2 ladies working. The older lady, despite lack of sraff, had everything under control. She was professional, competent, and very kind. My order had 1 mistake. She opened the door to let me in and give me the 3 chocolate iced Kreme filled. I was very impressed by her ability to keep the business running with only one person working with her. Did not catch her name but she deserves a raise!“
“I ordered a latte with less caramel syrup. It was made with the full amount and was not drinkable for me. I went back through the drivethru as I had 2 sleeping babies in the car. The man at the window with an invader Zim tattoo was AMAZING. He insisted on getting it correctly and having me try before I left to insure quality. I was having a very tough day and had a long road trip ahead of me, his attitude made all the difference for me and I am grateful. This is my new go-to location.“
“Stopped by today for a coffee. It was more bitter than my local one back home, but one of the employees was nice enough to add more swirl for free. The bathrooms and seating area were nice clean & stocked well and the music wasn't too loud either.Parking: There are plenty of parking spaces outside of the business along with a couple of handicap parking spaces.Wheelchair accessibility: There is wheelchair access into the building and the bathrooms are wheelchair accessible.“
“Stopped by late one evening for a sugar craving fill. Very nicely, Shonda proceeded to tell us they were closing, to go through the drive thru. She then proceeds to politely let us in so we can pick out our dozen doughnuts. She does all of this with a smile on her face. With the way the world is now it’s really nice to see someone actually being polite in the food industry. I myself worked in it for many years.So Shonda at the Hwy 52 location in Florence, SC needs a raise! One of the best customer service experiences we’ve ever had!!
