“My burger was very tasty, juicy. My husband's was overcooked, dry. I wish he would have complained and asked them to make it again. Knocked off a service star because they don't give a newbie enough helpful information. They asked if I wanted another patty, I didn't realize how small the patties were or how inexpensive it was to add it. I would recommend getting the extra patty. They didn't let us know about the free peanuts. I asked about the peanuts setting there or we wouldn't have known. The french fries are really good! They have the skins on them, yum? They are a rather expensive place to eat. $25.72 for 2 single patty burgers, 1 small fry (they are a very generous serving), 1 reg. Soda. The atmosphere, loud music, echoy, noisy and we were most of the time the only customers there. They need something to reduce echo to help atmosphere. Good food overpriced.“

“Normally I'm a huge fan of Chic-fil-A. Normally Chic-Fil-A is the standard by which all other fast-food chains aspire to be. But today I witnessed an absolute failure on Chic-fil-A's part. The drive thru. Normally a point of pride for this restaurant. But now they have cut the drive thru down to one lane and established the other as a "mobile-thru". Today the Drive thru lane was wrapped around the building, the mobile thru had 1 car in it during the entire time I was there. However, the employees would not allow vehicles into the mobile lane to order, which made the wait time astronomical, causing my sweet tea to be hot and watered down and my food to be cold😥. Don't know what genius came up with the new concept, but why shut down a drive thru line (your busiest portion of your restaurant), why not establish parking spots as designated Mobile pickup spots. They are already using the app so they can check in just like Walmart or Lowes. Fix yourself Chic-fil-A, you're better than this, lol.“

“I got mixed feelings. I eat here very often but tonight I found hair in my food. And it wasn’t until I was almost finished that I realized. I feel so sick. I’m so disgusted. I’m so disappointed.“

We were down for a day trip to Florence and wanted something other than typical chain restaurant food so we found this place and decided to try it. Best decision ever! “Kiyah was so sweet and helped us so much! This was our first time here and she helped us with any questions and gave great recommendations! “As usual, the restaurant is very well run, no matter how full it isz they move the lines pretty quickly inside as well as outside.
The food always tastes very good. The customer service is by far one of the best. I have yet to find an employee that seems to be having a bad day and has an attitude when taking your order. They all seem to be happy and ready to take your order.
The parking is limited but they have it well marked off and it doesn't seem to be an issue
Most of the traffic I see is the order from your vehicle and they move those lime pretty quickly.“

“My family stopped here on our way home from Florida to New Jersey. What a wonderful experience!!! The Assistant Manager was the best, most efficient employee a company could ask for. So polite and respectful in his demeanor towards all of us. My husband couldn't stop raving about the burgers and I loved the pulled pork sandwich. The pickles and onion added to the unique taste of the sandwich. As always, our 3 children loved their DQ children's meals. Hope we can stop here again when we are back in the area! Very clean, too!“

“I love going to Hardee’s and the plus of being a Rewards Member and getting all of the discounts is Glorious! They didn’t have the peach tea that I ordered, so they made it good and gave me a strawberry milkshake instead. Now that’s Good Professional Customer Service! There frisco angus burgers are really good! I Highly Recommend anyone that have not been there before to try them out!“

“First time I have eaten from Biscuitville(Florence, S.C.). I had their biscuit with gravy/ sausage & country fries. The fries were perfect, seasoned & cooked just right. The biscuit & gravy were a generous portion & was delicious. The gravy was creamy & flavorful, biscuit baked just right. The young lady who waited on me was friendly & delivered good customer service. It was a very pleasant experience & I will definitely be going back.“

“I truly hopes this gets to the right person. Jimmy is the nicest individual I have ever met at a cookout or honestly in general. He is single-handedly had me at this location three weekends in a row. I have been to hundreds of cookouts and never had the experience that I have had at this one. He is very nice and very inviting. “I LOVE THE CHALUPA COMBO!! I gotta have it Supreme! With that, I choose the Crunchy Taco and upgrade it to a Supreme Taco, the nachos and cheese are delish, and to complete it, a Large Sweet Tea!! Freaking heck, it’s so good!
My Mom and I were skeptical about TACO Bell serving chicken nuggets but they were really good too! I didn’t like that you couldn’t swap out the Nacho fries (an absolute disgrace, I don’t know what the point of them are) but it’s whatever.
There was one female staff member that was really nice but unfortunately I didn’t get her name and haven’t seen her in my recent visits. Everyone else was okay, I guess.
*P.S.A* Make sure to taste your drink if you go inside and pour your drink from the dispenser or go through drive-thru. Sadly, on my last two visits they were all really flat and the tea wasn’t sweet.
I still recommend them tho! If not for the drinks, definitely for the food!“

“I ordered a Cobb salad, which came with bacon and chicken, which I didn't want, and they made it with chicken, and I told them I didn't want any meat, then they made it over, but forgot the cheese, I love cheese! So I asked for a refund and Sweet Madison, made sure my salad was prepared the right way, and it WAS. I was very HAPPY with my SALAD. Thank you Chick-fil-A. and Madison!!! I'll be back, but only when "Maddy" is working!☺“

“I just left here and want to give a shout out to the leader and her team for performing as well as they could under uncontrollable and uncomfortable circumstances. They were picking up the overflow from Bucees not having and water. As you can imagine, this is a very challenging situation. “I would like to say I had the opportunity to meet some really great employees and staff, Regina the manager has an incredible way of motivating her staff and communicating with customers very pleasant outgoing great personality and attitude. One of her employees by the name of Malik if that's the correct spelling, he was exceptional seems to really care about pleasing the customers and certainly making sure his food is presentable and of good quality, I definitely see this young man in management someday I hope he succeeds. I have spent many years myself in the service industry dealing with customers and I would like that this was one of the most pleasant experience in a fast food restaurant I have ever had, and would like to think that I would hire either one of these people to work for me without hesitation.“

“I visit the Hardee’s located ant 2302 W Lucas St in Florence, SC almost every weekday morning and sometimes for lunch and have been for the past 6 years. Mary Simmons and her team are always very cheerful and their customer service is outstanding. I visit here so often that when they see me enter the restaurant they prepare my order without even having to ask me for my order. I get the same breakfast items every visit. I will continue eating here because the service and food taste and quality is superb. You have a great manager (Ms Simmons) and team here.“

“We enjoyed going for our morning walks in Winterhaven, Florida, and stopping at the McDonald's for a seniors coffee and a refill. There was always a group of eight or nine of us, and the staff were very accommodating and friendly. Ida is a great manager, and Gloria is one of the friendliest people that you will ever meet. She is constantly cleaning or picking up trays, asking if everything is okay or if we need anything. We are going to miss them over the next three years, but Winterhaven McDonald's is definitely going to be on our future list to visit.“

“I ordered a pizza with light sauce as I don't like a lot of pizza sauce. When I opened the pizza at my home, I saw it had the regular amount of sauce. I'm not upset, just noting because it was on my receipt, too (easy on sauce). The taste was still yummy! We didn't have any complaints other than that.“

“This is the location I go to in my city. It's annoying that it's so far from my home, but I will take the extra 10 mins to go HERE and not the location on Palmetto Street closer to me. At this location, the service is so much more polite and FAIR. They will give you what you paid for. I left off a star ONLY at a reflection of the company itself for increasing their prices and forcing workers to not increase the amount of product you get for it.“
