Today was our first visit and it was Fantastic! After a long car ride from New England looking forward to this stop along our trip Daisha our server was Amazing 👏 🤩 She knew all the ins and outs and was VERY helpful. The food was amazing we are JJ customers for life, Thank you!!
Ordered 2 different sandwiches online. The turkey Tom only had turkey on half of the sandwich. Called back to complain and was told the turkey must have slid to the other side! 🙄 really! Wanted to dismiss my complaint. Asked for the manager held on for over 5 minutes. No response. Really Jimmy John’s. I buy a lot of food from your store but I guess we will start going to firehouse subs from now on!
