“Omggg!!! That was the BEST CHICKEN CHEESE STEAK I HAVE EVER HAD!!! We actually live on Folly Island and rarely do fast food/delivery food , but tonight was just one of those exhausting evenings. First of all the girl that took our call was so sweet , polite and patient. We ordered the " Redneck " chicken cheese steak and a beef steak cheese steak. Side of Cole slaw and side of chips. It took no time at all for our " Hot Food " to arrive. The driver was so friendly and fast ! The food was extremely fresh and the bread to meat to cheese proportions where on point!! Absolutely the best cheese steak we have had and we will be ordering again. Thank you so much! You made our dinner evening effortless and delicious“
“Came in later in the evening, so milkshakes weren't an option, but the ice cream (birthday cake) cone was delicious. The young lady at the counter was very nice and complimented my crazy t-shirt. There is a self-serve option by the pound that seemed to be working for other customers and candy options as well. It's a block from the beach, so beachfront prices, but i didn't mind supporting a local seasonal business. Parking will also be an issue, so unless you park on a nearby side street or get lucky with a curbside spot, you'll likely have to hoof it.“
“While I wish they had reservations since the wait was an hour and 45 minutes, it was well worth the wait. The appetizers came out fast and were a good size for a group. The entrees were amazing and the drinks were delicious! Great way to start out a day of shopping.“
“WOW!!! YUM! YUM! YUM! Not only does Wes and his crew make some OUTSTANDING food, but their service is top notch as well! I got in touch with Wes at Brown Dog Deli months ago to cater a 200 person conference and I am so glad I did!! Everyone LOVED the food and Wes was on time and delivered everything as promised! I fortunately had the chance to stop by the deli the day before my conference. I told Wes that after viewing their menu so many times online, I couldn't wait until Saturday! So, I went by (and the space itself is so cool......old metal lunchboxes hanging on the wall....old games......such nostalgia!) and ordered the Paradise Panini along with their fries. OH MY GOODNESS!!! So much food (enough for two meals, but I ate all of it at once!) and it was absolutely perfect!!! And those fries?!?! WOW!!! I'm just glad I don't know the calorie count on those! :0) I had the "Folly Beach Crunch Wrap" in my bag lunch at the conference and that was just as delicious! “First time in. They had a large variety of muffins, cookies, pies and pastries. I was greeted immediately. Lots of seating. Kind of a funky little place. I ended up getting a delicious key lime pie. Also got a gingerbread cookie which I loved the frosting but all the sprinkled sugar was overpowering. It would have been perfect without the extra sugar.“

“So happy to have this shop in West Ashley. Their baguettes in croissants are such a treat and not that I’m an expert, but seem true to European standards, if not better than my memories. As expected at the end of the the day they were out of most pastries, so I grabbed a coffee cake and simple egg & cheese on baguette. My 2 yr old was getting fussy, so as was going to tell him I have to go to the car, the kind cook read my mind. He offered to bring it to me. Simplicity made heavenly. I haven’t tried the coffee cake yet bc my daughter hasn’t let me have a bite. Lol looks delicious tho!“

“I showed up at 7 minutes before closing time with a special needs adult and a toddler. Server Kelly looked at us as we poked our heads in, looked at the clock, and said "sure, come on in." She proceeded to serve us like we were VIP's and the best thing to happen to her all day. What's more, the food is awesome. Really good. Huge menu for a breakfast place. I'm a fan.“

“I love this place! My church is in the same shopping center, and a bunch of us go over after church for the most delightful lunches. I love the bialys (toasted with butter, mmm) and the French press coffee but many of my friends swear by the salmon lox bagel sandwich. I'm also on Blazing Star's challah list - their challah bread is SO delicious. But the very best part is the staff: we all adore Bettina (co-founder) and everyone who works there is wonderful. Just the best place to enjoy a relaxed conversation with friends (and the staff!) while cared for by the kindest staff ever. “The hype is true about this place! Toby is a master at pie making. We had an unofficial pie tasting with 10 different flavors: apple, pecan, bourbon chocolate pecan, rum pecan, chocolate mousse, key lime, coconut cream, sweet potato, Irish cream pecan, and cherry. Light as air crusts, and full of flavor. The bourbon chocolate pecan and Irish cream pecan were absolutely delicious. Key lime was a perfect combination between the tartness and light crumbly crust. Chocolate mousse is a must for a chocolate lover with just right amount of sweetness. Lastly, their customer service is also top notch.“

Our waiter Sam just wasn't Attentive to us, like what I am use to at a high scale restaurant. So it makes me not give 5 stars. The manager checked on us and thanked us for coming in.“
“Was a good experience going into this location. We got to sample some of the cookies and they were pretty good. Don’t expect a lot of these cookies to have frosting. They are not big in size and they come in bags of multiples as you cannot just buy one. If you like cookies and have a sweet tooth, I would say you should try these. The employees were nice. “I cannot sing enough praise for RISE Bakery! The team made the most beautiful -- and delicious -- smash cake and two dozen cupcakes for my daughter's first birthday. The whole experience was wonderful. They responded to my online inquiry quickly, helped give me ideas based on the theme (an Alice in Onederland party), and delivered the cake and cupcakes an hour before the party started. They even set the cake and cupcakes out for me, and put in the first birthday candle! So many people remarked on how beautiful and perfect the treats were, and how good they all tasted too. I can't wait to use RISE again!“
