“I would like to say THANK YOU TO MRS. SONIA, GM for the Manning, SC Bojangles establishment for caring enough to correct and bring clarity to my experience... One thing I know and learn, there are still good managers that take pride in whatever their name is attach to. Her expectations for her store, employees, and customers are set high. She has addressed my experience and assure me it will not happen again. She explained to me the protocol as how things should have happen and for that I AM VERY SATISFIED. Thank you, again Mrs. Sonia, General Manager for Manning, SC Bojangles! ❤️❤️❤️

“Just stopped here for lunch while on a road trip. We both ordered the Classic Roast Beef meal with French fries to go. The restaurant was very clean, including the bathrooms!! Our service was great and the food came out quickly and was nice and hot! It was a good choice for us because we are pulling a 40 ft fifth wheel and traveling with 2 dogs. The parking lot was nice and big and we had no trouble getting in and out. And the dogs got some of the Roast beef and fries and they also liked it! Nice job Arby's in Manning, SC.“

“I stopped by with my family from a very long drive. We were all starving. I placed an Order but because they were super busy, it took forever to get my order ready. I must admit, I was really annoyed by the delay and also, they got a part of my order wrong. However, the management was super nice and courtius. They got my Order ready, apologized for the delay and also gave me a full refund for my entire order. I was very cool throughout the situation, neither did I make a scene for the order getting delayed but the team management was very very kind to just give me the full refund without even asking for it. They also offered free fountain drinks for us while we were waiting and constantly apologized for it.
10/10 for the team work and management. I learned something new about customer service management.“

“I had an amazing visit! Sam and Sakshi were wonderful! The food was amazing as well! Their customer service is the best! I will definitely come back and suggest everyone come during their shift! There was an unruly customer in here and they handled her like a pro! I wish I could rate them a 10/5!!

“Had a great impromptu birthday celebration tonight with about 20 people tonight. The manager, Jayshawn , was awesome! He made great recommendations on the Family packs, helped us move tables together, brought our food to us, was continually kind and helpful, and generally just took GREAT care of us! The food came out Fast 💨 and was great as usual. Zaxby’s needs to hang on to him- he is a great manager! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️“

“I love our Subway here in Summerton. The food is always top-notch and service is excellent. However yesterday when I went in there was an older employee whom I've never seen before seemed loud and slightly aggressive towards another employee. I did not care for that. She was unprofessional. But on the whole I do love our Subway and highly recommend it. My hope is that it was just a bad day for that one person. ?“
