There should be more people like Manager Qwen working for the public. She took care of us and maybe even fired an employee. Good job Qwen!!!“

“I’ve never been wow’ed by a fast food restaurant in many years. However tonight I stopped for a late night dinner for my wife and I and I can tell you it was incredible. I thought they closed at 9 so I pulled up at 8:48 thinking they would be upset, boy was I wrong. They were willing to make fresh Bo berry biscuits, fresh fries etc. it was just incredible from the time I pulled up till the time I left. This staff needs to be rewarded and praised. THANK YOU!!“

“Went here on Tuesday August 26th 2025 with my dad for a much needed lunch. This chic fil A is located in the Coastal Grand Mall, not far from the Cinemark movie theater. We were in the area and wanted something quick, so in here we went. We easily found parking, and suggest one parks near the movie theater entrance to easily find this location. The mall also has plenty of tables and chairs to sit and eat one's food at. We walked in, and was greeted by a nice cashier. I ordered a chic fil A Deluxe sandwich with no cheese, and a chocolate shake. My dad also got a chocolate shake and the spicy chicken deluxe sandwich. We paid via credit card. We also waited for our food, which didn't take long at all. Food was delicious and I enjoyed my shake and sandwich. We ate at a table in the food court. enjoyed it! Hope to be back again!“

“This CFA is located in the middle part of the second floor, more towards concourse A. At morning when we went, they were serving breakfast menu. Line was moving super fast. Orders were being handed over even faster. Very impressive service. Food was good, authentic CFA quality chicken and fluffy biscuits.

But they don’t accept CFA app, CFA gift cards or Apple pay. Little inconvenient.

“I have been coming to Myrtle Beach for years and seeing this little place called the Best of Philly. I’ve always wondered what the food was like but I never stopped by. So today I thought I’d try one of the Philly cheesesteaks. I got one and took it back to the others I with to try it. We all thought was really really good ! That night we ordered Philly cheese cheesesteaks because it was so really good. When I went back that night , I met one of the individuals working there named San. He was so pleased that I liked the Philly Cheesesteak. I told him I would do a review as other may be passing by as I have and wondering if it is good. So don’t pass it by anymore!!! It is really good!“

The head young lady ,tells me in several ways, they dont know it🤣 We ordered 2 meatball subs. I asked her 3 times for extra napkins. She abruptly told me 3 times they put them in the bag. I said thank you but, We will need a couple extra please. No go. When we opened the bag there were 2 small crumpled napkins in the very bottom. The subs tasted very good but had way to much sauce. I ruined my clothing as did my guest. Both wearing white of course 🤣🤣🤣. Idk, they need to be a bit more customer centric perhaps as we do have a subway on every corner pretty much in myrtle beach. We will go else where next time. UPDATE: Ijust went back inside the resturant and asked if I could please have some napkins now and / or a wet paper towel? I showed her my ruined clothes and told her 2 other people with us had ruined clothes as well. HERE'S THE KICKER! She was rude and I asked for her managers name. She told me she didnt have one! Owners card or name, NOPE! Finally, I asked who hired her? And she continued on, no boss, no manager, no owner ,I kid you not ! She finally said, we have a GM. My reply was great! What is his name? How can I contact him. She told me they dont know his name or how to contact anyone, no boss, no owner, no corp?! I wonder who pays her 😅“

“I live close by and always walk over for their milkshakes but, I have noticed that they switched to ice milk and they don't have the machines low enough to give you a thicker shake. It's the closest place for shakes and in walking distance. They need to do MUCH better. The food, service and atmosphere are great. The milkshakes are my pet peeve.“

“Bojangles always hits good, and the food here is no exception. The drive through service was subpar. The ladies working had a bit of an attitude when we told them we didn't receive the correct sauces we ordered. They went back and forth with us a little insisting we got the right ones. Which we did not, because we only received 1 sauce when we order 3. Other than that it was good.“

“I used UberEats to order from here today, 10/27/25, and I just want to say that whoever was in the kitchen today making food, deserves a raise or something. “AuntieAnne’s is always a great place to get a good snack. W got a reg nugget with cheese and also a reg cinnamon nuggets with two drinks. The nuggets were hot and very tasty. The store was very clean and the workers very attentive when we arrived.“

He had been w days in a row and got his Auntie one as well.. I just got the small fries and they were really good. Different from some of the other fast food places! “I’m a big Zaxby’s guy and I live in Conway and get Zaxby’s there a lot. This Murles Inlet restaurant blows Conway away it’s not even close. The food is fresher. The service is faster and the restaurant itself is immaculate. I am very impressed with this location and wish every other Zaxby’s would follow“

“I've never been inside, so I don't have a clue what the atmosphere is like.
This Popeye's Chicken is mine and my wife's favorite place to get fried chicken! Crispy crust, juicy meat, and without a doubt, the best flavor around! ...and their sides are awesome! Mac and cheese, mashed potatoes and gravy, and Red Beans & Rice are SO delicious too! I haven't had the other sides.
If you want some good fried chicken and fixin's, hit Popeye's Chicken. You can't go wrong. 😋“

“Pizza Hut has always been my favorite take out pizza especially the Tavern pizza. Unfortunately they have a tendency to overcook it just a tad but after requesting a little less cook time it's been perfect. Plus the cinnamon sticks are the best!!“

“I like McDonald's but it's declining in food quality and service. Often times we go to McDonald's for the children's happy meals. Most times, the counter staff seems to run on autopilot...no welcoming words, blank facial expression or just indifference. We much rather experience the drive-thru service and do...rather than. ordering and dining inside. The bun size, and meat patty size and thickness, seem to get smaller but price keeps rising. A small cup of orange juice is north of $2. Needless to say, I can go to the grocery store and by a gallon for the same price ..and do. The Food is just slapped in the wrapper or the box. Just 5 years ago, food service was the very opposite.“

“We ate a late lunch at Pizza Hut in Surfside Beach today. The food was good, we were seated promptly and drinks brought to us quickly. The young lady and young man working there today (9/25/25) were efficient and kind. They asked more than once if everything was good and if we needed anything. When we went up to pay before leaving, they asked us again if our meal was good and invited us to dine there again. We will surely do that, thanks to them. We recently ate at a DIFFERENT Pizza Hut in the Myrtle Beach area that seemed to be so self service oriented that we wondered if we needed to cook our own pizza! Our visit today in Surfside was quite the opposite because we were well taken care of.“
