“The experience at this McDonald's really depends on the staff working. I have had both great and not so great experiences at this location. Every member of the drive thru staff working the night of 1/19/2024 deserves 5 stars. Everyone was super friendly, my order was correct, and the food was good and fresh. On other occasions, I feel like I am a burden to even get in line.“

“There were two young lads working this day(I am old) that gave excellent service to one and all. They were attentive and very active in their duties. Served with professionalism, polite and helpfulness and were interactive with each customer. “This CFA is located in the middle part of the second floor, more towards concourse A. At morning when we went, they were serving breakfast menu. Line was moving super fast. Orders were being handed over even faster. Very impressive service. Food was good, authentic CFA quality chicken and fluffy biscuits.

But they don’t accept CFA app, CFA gift cards or Apple pay. Little inconvenient.

“I visit this Taco Bell twice a year for my daughter's cheerleading competitions, and I must say, they are consistently excellent. In my opinion, it is the best Taco Bell I have ever been to. Their Mexican pizzas are unmatched; I have tried them in Florida, Georgia, Tennessee, and Ohio, but none compare to the ones here. Everything is always so fresh and delicious. I live in North Carolina, and recently, I had a Mexican pizza at a different Taco Bell that was poorly made and tasted terrible. It was a stark contrast to the amazing experiences I have had at this Taco Bell. I am so impressed with their attention to detail and commitment to quality. I highly recommend this Taco Bell to anyone in the area. I wish I could bring this subpar Taco Bell back here so they could learn a thing or two from this establishment. It's a shame that i went to a taco bell here in north Carolina and they charge $5 for a pizza and then an additional 69 cents for sour cream, and their pizza tastes like it's been sitting out for days. I eagerly anticipate my annual visits to this Taco Bell for their incredible Mexican pizzas. Please continue to maintain your exceptional standards. I last visited on November 9, 2024.“

“We just moved in around tbe corner and decided to give it try. We were excited ! Honestly..eeh..Super dissapointing :(.We wanted to eat in and chill for a minute but it wasnt meant to be,lol. I used the restroom while they were making our order. 1 half of a pretty large toilet paper dispenser fell off , without being touched and hurt my leg and ankle. Then, went out to take a seat and asked for subway guest wifi password. They said they dont have one. I so I showed her my screen ,where it was asking for one. The head young lady ,tells me in several ways, they dont know it🤣 We ordered 2 meatball subs. I asked her 3 times for extra napkins. She abruptly told me 3 times they put them in the bag. I said thank you but, We will need a couple extra please. No go. When we opened the bag there were 2 small crumpled napkins in the very bottom. The subs tasted very good but had way to much sauce. I ruined my clothing as did my guest. Both wearing white of course 🤣🤣🤣. Idk, they need to be a bit more customer centric perhaps as we do have a subway on every corner pretty much in myrtle beach. We will go else where next time. UPDATE: Ijust went back inside the resturant and asked if I could please have some napkins now and / or a wet paper towel? I showed her my ruined clothes and told her 2 other people with us had ruined clothes as well. HERE'S THE KICKER! She was rude and I asked for her managers name. She told me she didnt have one! Owners card or name, NOPE! Finally, I asked who hired her? And she continued on, no boss, no manager, no owner ,I kid you not ! She finally said, we have a GM. My reply was great! What is his name? How can I contact him. She told me they dont know his name or how to contact anyone, no boss, no owner, no corp?! I wonder who pays her 😅“

“This is definitely the best Taco Bell on the Grand Strand and I’ll go out of my way to hold off on getting Taco Bell until I’m in the area to go to this one. Food is always fresh and quick. You’ll never run into the problem where your Taco shell is saturated with grease and falls apart. Everything is actually made when you order it. The food at this location is what Taco Bell is supposed to be.“

Had a little bit of a wait but the food was good and hot. The kids liked the tenders and allll the macaroni and cheese and bo-tatos tots ((even me and my sister liked them))

The chicken was a bit salty for two of us, but the bitbof kick it had was liked by all but one- ((not the same one who complained about salt lol))

Over all it was a good dinner to take back to the room. For our family of 5adults and 4 kids.“

“I have been coming to Myrtle Beach for years and seeing this little place called the Best of Philly. I’ve always wondered what the food was like but I never stopped by. So today I thought I’d try one of the Philly cheesesteaks. I got one and took it back to the others I with to try it. We all thought was really really good ! That night we ordered Philly cheese cheesesteaks because it was so really good. When I went back that night , I met one of the individuals working there named San. He was so pleased that I liked the Philly Cheesesteak. I told him I would do a review as other may be passing by as I have and wondering if it is good. So don’t pass it by anymore!!! “Went in around 8:30 pm, ordered food plus drinks & ice cream. Staff was wonderful, waited just a couple of minutes, all delivered correctly, it all tasted great!!“

“I think her name is Barb. She was awesome. She was busy when we walked in and after we walked in, there was a trail of people behind us. Some how I froze the machine. She told me to just start eating and could pay after the rush was over. She trusted a total stranger to eat the pay. And it seemed like everyone in line knew her. “Food is good. Ordered both a regular burger and big double burger. The regular burger had more meat on it than the big double burger. Big double burger looked like a single burger. No one at this locates 10:30am yet they had us pull forward, wait an additional 15 mins or so, over charged be $5.87 then brought the change and our food out like no biggy. Just a little disappointed. But I still love Arby's food ? Hopefully the next time will be better.“

“This was my second visit to this location & it did not disappoint. I usually get the same thing every time , but this time I had the Italian .The sub was delicious. I prefer the boars head meats served at Firehouse. The sweet tea wasn't watered down & sweetened perfectly which is rare!
The wait was longer than usual because they had a large to go order before I came in. I wasn't really thinking much about it as I was enjoying my Funyuns & the good music. A young lady apologized for the wait & gave me a cookie. Thank you , that was so thoughtful. The first time I was in this store a couple of months ago I noticed how well the staff seemed to work together. It was nice getting the same vibe again today. Everyone who entered was greeted. Nice teamwork at this location on hwy 544 near Target.

“Pizza Hut has always been my favorite take out pizza especially the Tavern pizza. Unfortunately they have a tendency to overcook it just a tad but after requesting a little less cook time it's been perfect. Plus the cinnamon sticks are the best!!“

“👎This is the first time I actually used your app in order to get points -I eat there at least twice a week-I ordered my pizza online this time. I asked for extra mushrooms and onions in selections & in the notes section. I said please extra extra mushrooms and onions. When I got to the location, -the pizza looked between light and regular all the things I really wanted-so while I was there, I explained this was the first time with MOD app and that could we please go ahead and add more of the mushrooms and onions that, I would be OK with going home and heat the pizza up. I did get extra toppings for both. But I did ask for a little extra mushrooms. Your female caucasian agent -brown hair in a ponytail, said you can’t get anymore. She said for the amount of toppings that I had on there she cut me off “already as pictured with the extra toppings in photos ” . I was perplexed speechless- As everything is posted is unlimited toppings. I walked outside, but I came back in and I asked for her name-because as in a large company like yours as well as mine, to make you strong, I needed to reported if something really off happens- I love your place. I’ve always ordered in person before and got everything that I needed fine. You can ask many of the folks that work at the Surfside location off of 544 Commons Dr. I think they’ve all waited on me in person to order pizzas. She would not give me her name. She said, she didn’t have to give her name and I think she also said that I could come see management on Monday. As I work as a customer advisor -you don’t have to give your last name, but your first you do and I wear a name tag.
As this was my first time using the app. Since May 1 to today the 16th I’ve spent close to $70 at your store. I really love it. I work at a large company and I’m customer service advisor myself -so I’m also say going to say I’m an expert after being there 20 years in the field. I have never had this happen to me before. I’m not looking for anything free. Let’s just say between 630 and 7- and it’s now 840. I still have not eaten that pizza. You know when you’re too upset for words. “Virginia runs a really tight shift. Everything is clean and the food is exceptional. the minute you walk in the door they speak to you and you can tell they have a local following. We eat there twice a week. She deserves a gigantic Christmas bonus because people like that are hard to find!“
