Just went to Cristo Rei Brazilian bakery. What a fabulous hidden gem in Goose Creek. The food and pastries are to die for. We ate in and ended up taking home almost one of everything on the menu! Well worth the trip from West Ashley.“

“The employees are always quick and polite! I don’t always love the cookies, but whenever something catches my eye, it’s sure to blow my mind. It would be great if they could open up the space inside some more, it can get pretty crowded during rushes.“

“I asked her to make a Strawberry crunch cake for my birthday last month and she absolutely delivered! The crunch tasted exactly like the popsicles. It was very aromatic and fresh with the strawberries on top. The icing was also the perfect amount of sweetness without being overly so. Will definitely be returning!“

“Daddy's Girls Bakery made my wedding cake and it was absolutely breathtaking and delicious! They were able to take inspiration pictures from Pinterest and create exactly what I wanted! The dried flowers were so pretty and the flavor was amazing. We had chocolate hazelnut and almond. We got so many compliments on it! We also appreciated the amount of tasting samples at the beginning. They really provide you with great experience from start to finish and we will definitely be getting future cakes from here!“

“Can confirm, this place has great prices AND offers a Military discount. The coffee is very flavorful and well worth the 10 minute drive from base. Breakfast sandwiches are huge and tasty. Great value all around! My only recommendation to the owners, replace the 4 big round dinner tables with 6-8 small square tables to maximize your space and give more of a cafe vibe. Large groups can simply combine tables as needed. I enjoyed the cafe jazz and some casual conversation, great atmosphere! Probably time to pack up the Christmas tree ladies, you can break it out again after thanksgiving ;) The space is just a bit cluttered. Might be good to consolidate all the brochures and literature on the rectangular table against the wall and relocate the cream and sugar to the corner of the counter. “Panaderia y Pasteleria Arte Fino on Dorchester Road in North Charleston is an excellent bakery that has fresh and delicious selection of breads and desserts. I have been happy with all of the orders that I have made from here. The staff here is very friendly and works hard to make sure that everything is right.“

“We stumbled upon this place by chance and I'm so glad we did! We got steak tacos, barbacoa tacos and a birria sandwich. Everything was fresh and absolutely delicious. We also got conchas from the bakery to take home and the were gobbled up quickly! Service was friendly and fast. Definitely on my list to go back asap!“
