I’m Mexican, from California & lived in Nevada for a while. But Mixteca in South Carolina is the best Mexican food I’ve ever had. The decor is very nice too I love the designs on the chairs and I love the Mexican style plates & cups. I really enjoyed the salsa and the homemade tortillas. The tacos and grilled nopales could have had a bit more flavor. And the tacos were a little on the dry side. Overall it was not worth the $70 I spent, but I wouldn't write this place off entirely. Just a couple tweaks and it's a very hopeful spot honestly.
