Domino's Pizza has received mixed reviews from customers. While some have praised the restaurant's delicious food and friendly service, others have reported issues with order cancellations, delayed deliveries, and unsanitary food preparation practices. Customers appreciate the late-night hours, with one describing it as their midnight snack place that is always fast, friendly, and affordable. The restaurant offers shared parking lot access and is the only business open late in the area, making it convenient for late-night cravings. It is accessible to wheelchair users, with a sidewalk ramp and parking spaces in front of the entrance.
However, some experiences have been disappointing. One customer had their online order canceled and never delivered, and upon visiting the restaurant, found employees outside on their phones and smoking. The staff explained they were short-staffed, and the pizza received was cold. Another customer entered to place an order but was ignored for several minutes until a delivery driver acknowledged them and took their order. They also saw an employee handle cheese without gloves, raising food safety concerns.
Despite these issues, there are positive experiences as well. Customers have praised the kindness and efficiency of staff, noting that kids can watch pizza being made, which adds to the friendly atmosphere. One customer mentioned witnessing a worker with short red hair handle cheese without gloves, which led them to decide not to return, despite previously being a frequent visitor. Overall, the quality of service and food at Domino's Pizza can vary, with both good and bad experiences reported.
