The baked potato was just right. The Cole slaw delicious. The staff was friendly and welcoming. Overall a great experience.”

“I have to say we got here by accident but WHAT A SURPRISE! Our RV broke down and we were stuck for several days here. The food is great the southern hospitality is amazing! My wife has been so upset about the breakdown so we decided to get breakfast. After breakfast upon paying for the meal, someone must of heard about our situation and payed for our breakfast!!! I suspect one person and a BIG THANK YOU YOU MADE OUR DAY!! Don’t forget to stop exit 48 on I 77.”

“I pulled in at the drive thru and had 1 scoop of butter pecan in a Waffle cone. Waffle come was huge. I should have gotten 2 scoops. The ice cream was rather soft. I had to eat it quickly because it started to melt/ drip 3 secs after he handed it to me. All together the ice cream was tasty. Not enough pecans though. I will go back and try other flavors.”

“Eating at this KFC is my secret pleasure. I love the chicken strips, mac and cheese, coke slaw, biscuit and a drink. Service is always friebdly, fast, and accurate. Place is clean and generally quiet. The available parking is huge and could handle a full house and more. Haven't done the drive thru because sometine I just want to go inside and relax. I highly recommend stopping by sometime.”

“I'm not usually a fish camp lover just because I prefer broiled or steamed seafood I don't really like it fried. But my employer likes to go here and the last two times we've gone the food was amazing. None of the food tasted greasy It was light and airy. The hush puppies are great especially with the honey butter. I like both the sweet and sour slaw. They did a remodel not too long ago and the interior just looks beautiful. I love what they've done to the place. Their candy boat is phenomenal! I once turned my nose up to fish camp food but I will now be glad to say, Let's Go Eat at the Catawba Fish Camp. I also have to give praise to our waiter Jack/Jackson. He was so friendly so attentive and just an all-around good kid. I told my employer I didn't think they made kids like that anymore, I only see them in lifetime movies. Haha! So if you go be sure to ask for Jack because he's just such a sweet guy and one of the best waiters I've experienced in forever. Give him a raise!!!! 😆”
