I work down the street and visit several times a week around 3pm. For the past couple of months it seems the customer service has become more McDonalds and less Chick-fil-A. Hardly ever a "my pleasure" anymore and just a sense of them ignoring you in general. It culminated today when the guy taking my order and my money was engaged in conversation with a co-worker the whole time he dealt with me. he even handed my change back without looking at me or saying a word -just continued...read full review
