We were visiting town and fortunate to walk in on a Saturday night and find a seat without waiting though it was in the lounge. It appears to be a higher-level steakhouse, and the atmosphere is pleasant. Our two servers were pleasant and seemed happy to serve us. The sourdough bread and the wedge salad were excellent. I have to open with the service from Roger, phenomenal. Reads the room, watches for queues but not from in front of you, by passive observation. That man is on it - even in a slammed dining environment. I scarcely had better service especially if we are counting a genuine sincerity and warmth. This is how you do hospitality.

Follow up: I had diarrhea within 24hr of having the beef Tartare and it was a really bad one. I highly suspect it came from the Tartare. I have adjusted the food rating to 3-star and overall rating to 4-star.
