The Herbal Farmercy offers delicious vegan dishes, including the vegan dog with chili onions and cheese. While the location may seem unspectacular from the outside, the food inside is amazing. The staff is genuinely sweet, accommodating, and welcoming, making diners feel like family. Diners enjoy various vegan options like okra, collard greens, lasagna, eggplant rolls, and wraps, all praised for their tasty flavors. Many appreciate the portions and have their go-to meals, finding comfort in plant-based versions of American favorites like the best burger in town and mac and cheese. The food hits the spot and feels balanced, making it a must-visit in Greenville for great food and excellent customer service. The Philly cheesesteak spring rolls are on the money, and the smoked gouda burger is outstanding. The service is exceptional, and the apple dump cake is delicious.
Customers have shared their experiences, noting that the menu may be small, but every option sounds great, making it hard to choose. The egg roll meal with mac and cheese and fries has been highlighted for its amazing presentation and perfect portions. The mac and cheese is regarded as one of the best vegan versions. The Chopped "Steak" meal with greens and apple "dump" cake has received high recommendations as delicious and comforting. The restaurant offers traditional Southern sides made plant-based, including dirty rice, black-eyed peas, and cornbread. Overall, customers find the experience enjoyable and value the service and flavors, with some mentioning a need for improved cleanliness.
