We ordered online. The exact order was prepared fresh and quickly. The food was delicious - some of the best Zaxby's I've eaten, tender chicken, completely cooked, fresh, tasty fries, and great toast! The staff was kind, helpful, looked at us, and were intent on making us feel comfortable. Superb job, Zaxby's!!
This location really needs help. We went into dining room at 8:00. There were 3 people behind the counter & it took them 2 minutes to figure out who would wait on us. The drink machine was malfunctioning. It beeped loudly for 15 minutes while a worker was fiddling with it. He turned off the power at one point so the whole dining room went dark for a second. Sitting in drive-thru line, 6 cars deep, at 8pm on a Thursday, after trying to walk inside. Sign on door says open until 10pm, but door is locked, with several employees visible, all sitting in lobby. I called to ask about hours, and was told that the lobby is closed; that they were only serving via the drive thru, with no other explanation given.
