Excellent customer service provided by Fiach and Krista. I was traveling on an adventure with my 95 year old mom last week and both employees were extremely thoughtful and helpful. I am a diamond member and want to thank Hilton for these two excellent employees - specifically their caring attitudes and follow through.
Room could have been much much cleaner i.e. hair all over towels, thick dust on baseboards, spilled a small amount of water on arrival on entry floor and wiped with a towel.. well the towel was black so Housekeeping does not mop in between guests. Elevators dirty, yellow stains on mattress cover. Location was excellent, and the staff friendly.

I stayed at this hotel from September 24-28, 2024 for an AME Church Conference. Hurricane Helene hit the Upstate during our stay, and the hotel was without power for 2 days but ran on a generator. The conference continued as if the hotel never lost power, and the staff was very accommodating. I highly recommend this hotel.
