Only one elevator worked for guests until they allowed us to use the service elevator. The other 3 main elevators remained out of service the whole weekend. There was a family reunion and a women's conference going on.
Room cleanliness was adequate, not fabulous.
Positives were
- the staff in general were friendly & did their best being understaffed
- nearby many food options & a mall, not walk-friendly area
- plenty of water dispensers were made available with good water supply (active group of dancers)....although this was likely arranged by our group director & not the hotel (?)

Came in town for one night, and it did not disappoint. We got to the hotel extremely early, considering check-in is not until 4:00. However, we were able to check in and go to our room and relax before dinner with my family. The hotel sits in a great location. Our room was very spacious, but the start of the show was the bed! It was very comfortable, I was able to get some rest without missing my bed back at home. One of the elevators is out, leaving them with one working elevator....
