First and last time eating here. I called in my order, and it was made incorrectly. I understand mistakes happen, but if they know they can’t hear orders clearly over the phone, they shouldn’t take them that way. I couldn’t wait for them to remake it because I had to go to work, so they offered me a refund. I came back the very next day, and the man I assume is the owner had an attitude like I was bothering him. I said thank you multiple times, and he didn’t say a word back — they weren’t even busy. The customer service was disappointing. I won’t be returning.
Edit: Karma will meet your restaurant soon. It’s not good to lie on a “customer” that was willing to spend their hard earned money at your restaurant.

The Jalapeno Bacon Pimento Cheese Burger is delicious ?. Their sweet tea and desserts are really good too! The fries are also good haha. Basically everything I've tried there has been good.

I tried Jac through DoorDash delivery. The food was very delicious. They also secured the food where it could not be tampered with which is awesome. DoorDash did a awesome job delivering it and it was still hot and DoorDash secured it in a hot bag as well.
Ordered the breakfast panini it def wasn’t panining the egg wasn’t cooked properly the sandwich wasn’t even fully pressed ??♀️ and the spinach was falling off the sandwich it wasn’t even that hot so this was breakfast we will see what lunch is like if I decide to go there but I’m not impressed at

It has been since 2020 when they sent us home I ate here; came in with a friend from work and had the chicken fingers and french fries and she had the trio salad. It was delicious! Thank you Jay for your hospitality and GREAT Food! Sure am glad you survived the pandemic!! We will definitely be back!

I went inside to place an order for a side of fries. I forgot to get ketchup and ranch ....I went back to the restaurant to order a side of ranch and 1 to go ketchup and was told by a woman behind the counter that was very unpolite, "We don't just sell our ranch and ketchup!" I advised her that I was just there less than 5 minutes ago and ordered fries but forgot to ask for ranch and ketchup. She then took my money gave me the ranch and ketchup and walked away. She was rude, she didn't apologize she just gave it to me and walked away. My money will not make or break them; however, I will never order from them again. The only thing that is worth ordering was the fries because everything else on the menu sucks!

This was my go-to, but not after today. I bought a juice from them and asked for a plastic fork to steer my drink and was told I could not get a fork unless I was eating there. My friend who was with me ordered food and asked for a fork for me and she hesitated because she knew we were together. Poor service could not adhere to a paying customer with dietary need.
