Terrible experience with what was supposed to be a free burrito on my rewards on the app. The lady, who claimed to be the owner, told me it probably expired at 1:09pm (because that's the time it was issued) and I was there at 1:50 to get lunch. I've spent 20 years in the restaurant business and never heard of a coupon or reward having a time expiration, only a date. Walked in tonight at 8:57 not only did they say “we’re closed” but they had all the food on the serving line already up and cleaned off.
The Spartanburg, SC location is horrible. The staff appears to have no clue what they are doing, nor do they care. I spoke with the manager the last time I was in, and it became obvious where the rest of the staff gets their attitude. One young man working in there tried his best to fix the problem, but he could only go so far.
