The customer service was terrible I asked for a Large Chai Tea make it extra sweet I have always ordered my Chai tea this way and the rep said I don’t know what u want we don’t do that and was very dry and said it’s Chai already in it even after I explain to add extra pumps or scoops! Then my bacon and egg cheese sandwich ad one piece of bacon and the egg burnt! I was over and don’t recommend this location ohhhh and never asked for my card

I order from this cafe frequently because it is near my office and have always loved the food,. but it's getting very pricey for a group and definitely for an individual. Soup and salad shouldn't be as expensive as this. I appreciate that they are trying to make online/kiosk ordering the main way to order, but when I call to confirm or have a question about my order, I would really like a person to answer. I called this store about 5 times today and not once did someone answer...read full review
