sadly they are either never open or when they are the food isn't that great and service is generally terrible. I didn't have my child with me that day and just wanted to stop by and try it- but one of the workers vented to me about how much they hated having parents and kids in there and how they wanted more adults who fly and drink and was very rude while I waited for over 30 min for a sandwich. On September 11th 2020, I got a call that we had tragically lost my father. Truly I believed it would be the worst experience of my life, until we visited the Runway Cafe. The older lady assumed to be running the place gave my wife the hand before she had the opportunity to even speak and say “mam you’re just going to have to wait a second” and then proceeded to berate other guests to inform them that “we serve 200 guests a day, you need to call ahead” in the most harsh...read full review

The wait staff and manager are awesome.
Don’t believe any of the bad reviews you read- those are 99% of moms that don’t know how to control their kids - thankfully they may not come back.
