Tracy, the manager on shift yesterday evening = thumbs down! If the customer orders Mocha or Motcha and there’s been a mistake, just fix it! You had the opportunity to deliver a positive customer service experience but being right was more important to you Tracy. That’s the way to lose customers. And it seems like previous reviews point to you as the culprit of other negative reviews. Starbucks should be addressing this.

I know things are slower in the south (please don't come at me, I've lived in a few southern states so I can say that!) but damn, there are slow here. That plus you can't order ahead in the app and yeah, be sure to give yourself extra time if you're coming here.Staff was friendly enough and not sure if there were new barista onboarding or not but each time I visited, it took twice as long as I anticipated. I only came here because I was staying at the Hyatt and it was right there and didn't have to lace the building for coffee. Otherwise I would not stop here.

Connected to the Hyatt Regency off of Main Street and Beattie you'll find this poor excuse for a coffee shop. While the coffee is actually decent, the staff will make you think twice about your decisions at any point of the day. I saw Courtney twice in two days and both days she had a shitty attitude and refused any kind of eye contact. Looks like you have been there for awhile. If you hate your job so much go flip burgers or pickup trash. The rest of the staff decided it would be great to monkey around behind the counter.This place is such a mess. Most Starbucks I have been to in the past usually takes a couple minutes to make a coffee drink, NOT 10 or even 15 minutes! I could tell everyone before and after me were frustrated. I would highly recommend finding another Starbucks down the road or another coffee shop. This location is a bad idea altogether!
The baristas are always super friendly and it’s a convenient location. However, buyer beware that it’s a licensed location and so they are unable to take Starbies app coupons or reward points, but they can definitely take your money via the Starbucks app.

This store should be fully staffed, considering it’s located in the middle of Downtown Greenville (Hyatt Hotel). The wait time is awful!!! I had to leave my Latte, bc I couldn’t wait another 25 minutes. Please hire more staff, for faster Customer

Poorly trained employees and bad customer service. Not sure why the cashier cannot just pour the drip coffee but rather makes me wait 10+ min while all the other specialty drinks get made first. It should be (and is at other starbucks locations and coffee shops in general) practice to turn around, pour the drip coffee, and hand to the customer

Starbucks…I missed the tables and chairs inside! Tables were outside but it was raining and a thunderstorm approaching! Therefore, we have to wait in the building hall. My favorite cold drink was as usual cold and very good! Customer welcoming was as my dink…very cold! Please return the tables, the chairs and the customer oriented personnel … this place must be renamed. It is not a STARBUCKS any more . Pick-up counter was dirty although floor seemed to be better ( mopped ). My photos showed how lonely was that place (empty…of customer oriented employees and no customers talkings)
