The lady that took my order was great, even recommending a low calorie option for me after I inquired. The food was perfect. I mixed my coffee and found there were no stir sticks or stoppers. When I asked, the response was, "Things happen!" I suppose they do, but did someone forget they are a coffee shop, representing Starbucks, no less? Somehow, I don't think they would be pleased.
Love my Starbucks app. With the outside temp soaring this past week I took advantsge of my app and ordered a Blackberry Hibiscus Lemonade and picked it up at the drive thru at the Pelham Rd at I85 location. Oh so yummy and refreshing on a hot day. So nice to order it while sitting in a parking lot and then driving thru and giving your name and it's ready and the ticket is already paid so all you have to do is enjoy. Mice to ser a smiling face at the window also.
This Starbucks is located at Greenville Memorial Hospital. Although this store is smaller than most, they serve the standard fare you find at most of their other stores. The baristas are nice, but could use a class on enthusiasm. This is really my only criticism of this Starbucks. Don't go there during the morning or lunchtime rushes. You'll have to wait a while to be served. Good coffee, good "food", long waits at times and slow service from "sleepy"...
