I know Subway is Subway. But is it asking too much for the staff to actually be nice to customers? We all had to start in crappy jobs, but the experience is what we make of it.I do not know when wearing your pajama pants became a thing in fast food, or any workplace, but I'll find another Subway to get my sandwiches from. It was just a lousy, uninviting visit.
Placed an online order. After sending needed to correct order. Tried calling 5 times within 30 min with no success. I decided to leave order as is . I live 30 minutes away. When I got there, let them know I was there via app, no one brought my order put. Awful customer service. Will not order from there again.

Ordered two subs (turkey and rotisserie chicken) through the app, and the kind and efficient staff had them ready shortly even during lunch time.
