Taco Bell in Greenville

“We eat here pretty frequently. Most people working there are friendly and upbeat. Tiffany in particular is always very pleasant. She always gets the order right and never forgets sauces, napkins, etc. When I asked her for extra fire sauce she was generous with the amount she gave us. Love Taco Bell and this location especially.“

“I’m usually not a fast food person but I work down town and usually I’ll get a quesadilla. The staff is full of amazing black women I mean the customer service is really outstanding. Usually most fast food restaurants don’t have the best customer service but those ladies are beyond what i expected. Polite, friendly, order accuracy, and more. “I csme through the drive through Saturday night after leaving KFC across the street. I didn't have such a good experience at KFC so I was kind of still hungry after leaving there because of the food not being fresh and it just was not good. So I decided to go over to taco bell and grab 3 crunchy tacos 🌮 😋 beef tacos. Whoever it was on the intercom, it was a guy, I wanna thank you. It was like 10 pm or so. He was very nice, prompt and direct and respectful. He took my order with courtesy. I don't know his name but I will state I wanna recognize you. This was Saturday may 17 2025 maybe 10 pm or a little after. My food was prepared fast and hot. My tacos were actually filled with meat this time and that shocked me because taco bell has been skimp on meat at other locations. They blessed me Saturday night. Those tacos were delicious!!! “We did an online order and accidentally paid with the wrong card so when I pulled up our order didn’t go thru. We did it again. Ms Britt had our drink already done and was super nice and had us pull in the shade to wait. She was just super friendly and happy! Also very thoughtful! I love that! Thank you so much Britt! You, Miss Lady, are someone that has a bright future! With such a quick interaction, you put a smile on my face and got everything right! We as customers expect a quick and accurate transaction, not often do these 2 things happen 🤔 yet, you alone have given me hope that more individuals will have a positive outlook, even while on the clock (work, can be done while happy).
