“We did an online order and accidentally paid with the wrong card so when I pulled up our order didn’t go thru. We did it again. Ms Britt had our drink already done and was super nice and had us pull in the shade to wait. She was just super friendly and happy! Also very thoughtful! I love that! Thank you so much Britt! “We eat here pretty frequently. Most people working there are friendly and upbeat. Tiffany in particular is always very pleasant. She always gets the order right and never forgets sauces, napkins, etc. When I asked her for extra fire sauce she was generous with the amount she gave us. Love Taco Bell and this location especially.“
“I had to give a great experience review for the young lady at the drive-thru, when I called, I was told her name was Mariah (cashier shows Trina?) But I want to be sure the right person gets credit! You, Miss Lady, are someone that has a bright future! With such a quick interaction, you put a smile on my face and got everything right! “Taco Bell always has their stuff together for the most part but this one seems to be a little ahead of the rest when it comes to getting your food out to you swiftly. Presentation is not their strong suit but it will do and other benefits make up for it“

The order is always correct and FRESH! There’s some other businesses, like the one with the golden arches next door, that could use some pointers from this crew on how to treat their customers.“
“I’m usually not a fast food person but I work down town and usually I’ll get a quesadilla. The staff is full of amazing black women I mean the customer service is really outstanding. Usually most fast food restaurants don’t have the best customer service but those ladies are beyond what i expected. Polite, friendly, order accuracy, and more.
