Taco Bell in Athens

“I mean it’s Taco Bell so what do you expect we dropped in while traveling for a quick bite to eat and one of we got three like crunchy Gorditas for almost 40 bucks which is freaking insane. I think Taco Bell needs to go back down to their standard prices that they were known for, but the service was OK. It was they did mess up our order as far as not riding our name correctly so our food just sat up there and we were wondering what was going on, but it was just sitting there because it was under the wrong name.“

“An odd place. Seems more like it designed to not interact with employees. I’ve been here twice to pickup my mobile order, and the first time I saw a few people working in the back, but I was never greeted by anyone, nobody ever came to the front desk to talk to me. Eventually my bag of food arrived on the take out rack, I grabbed it and left. Yesterday I went in to pick up my mobile order, it was already on the take out rack. I never saw another human anywhere. Not in the lobby not in the back. Once again I just grabbed my bag of food and left. I’m starting to wonder if this is by design, an attempt to automate everything, use apps, use kiosk. No human interaction. To their credit the food has been good. The app works great. Just odd to see such a small and robotic “restaurant”.“

“This is the best Taco Bell ever! Amazing service and the workers are always friendly and kind even when they are busy or understaffed. The food quality is always amazing! fresh and hot. For some reason the Baja blast here always tastes the best. It is also very clean in here. Thank you Barnett Shoals Taco Bell!“

“I used to avoid this Taco Bell at all costs because of the service, but was close by recently and decided to give it another shot. This will be my 3rd visit in the last month and the staff here has been exceptional every single visit. They’re always willing to take orders at the counter even if there’s a kiosk open and have been nothing but polite. Two employees stand out to me and I learned their names are Alexious Johnson and Marcus Carruth. Both of them have gone out of their way to make dining at Taco Bell a pleasant and joyful experience again. I’d say this is now the best Taco Bell I’ve been to in the entire state of Georgia thanks to these staff here.“

“I order from this location frequently. I must say, especially maybe nearly a month now and OMG. I think there is a new Shift manager in the evening or manager on duty at that time. I just wanted to say thank you. I tried to call but nobody answered. Whoever manager in the evening and the line people, I greatly appreciate the entire shift for the quality and amount in the food. Thank y'all so much for making sure that EVERYTHING is actually fresh on the line. My food when I do mobile orders or this in store orders and drive thru orders. My food had been awesome lately and I wanted to show my appreciation. Thank you all in this store on second shift/third. The food is awesome. Actually how it supposed to be.
