The Black Sheep Reviews
My wife and I came to Greenville to celebrate our 20th anniversary. Didn’t really know which place to choose from so we just randomly decided on The Black Sheep. Best decision we made. Chicken thigh and lamb was out of this world. The baklava with figs and walnuts was the best I’ve ever had. Every dish was beautifully prepared with obvious care and attention to detail. The atmosphere is perfect for date night or an elevated dining experience with friends. And to top it all off, the cocktails were absolutely stellar!
We tried The Black Sheep for Restaurant Week, and wow, am I glad we did! Partner had the Grouper, and I had the Bevette Steak, cooked rare. We loved our food. Everything about the bar service, food and table service was first rate. Chef Danielle came from Jianna as the hostess Shirley explained. It definitely showed. The food was outstanding. Our server Pablo did an amazing job. My friend said that The Black Sheep was better than Scoundrel. We will for sure return sometime soon!

The Black Sheep is a wonderful restaurant with a cool atmosphere and excellent service. The staff is friendly and attentive, making each visit special. The menu offers a variety of flavorful dishes, including tender lamb shank and pork kebab, with touches from France, Spain, and Morocco. The cocktails are thoughtfully prepared and outstanding. The dark, eclectic lounge with velvet couches creates a cozy space to enjoy the food and drinks. Overall, it’s a fine addition to North Main, perfect for those who enjoy exquisite and delicious food.
