Came here for date night and sat outside on the rooftop with my fiancé. Ambiance was great, cool vibe and nice views. Service was very slow, no one came over to us for at least 15 minutes and took a long time to get our drinks once we did get to order them. Got calamari which was only lightly battered and had great flavor. Also got the fried chicken lettuce wraps, would definitely recommend those as well. We split the pork ribs as an entree, they were horrible. Taste was so full of Smoked paprika and maybe chili paste, dry to the point that we had to try to saw them apart with a knife. I'm not sure if that's how they usually come prepared and cooked but would not suggest anyone get them. Would go back for cocktails, especially at sunset but would probably not go back for any food.

Ambiance is great, views for days. Service leaves something to be desired. Asked for more salad dressing, the server disappeared, and I had to go find her. The grilled chicken was so dry, and the lettuce was wilted. The Ceasar dressing was watery and had zero flavor. I would have ordered another beverage and probably dessert. We hightailed it out of there as soon as we got our bill.

It's a fun upscale place that honors it true SC roots. It's a fun classy place for anytime.

Service has been terrible since this place opened. I hadn't been in years, but it happened to be the location for a friends birthday this weekend which is the only reason I was there. It literally took 25 minutes to get a tequila soda from my waitress. The bar wasn’t even busy. Staff is never friendly and has no sense of urgency.

Really great place to grab a bite to eat fun and adventures on the rooftop, eating food, and looking down onto the city

Such an amazing location overlooking Greenville! Great craft drinks and a great atmosphere!

First time there and everything was fantastic! My French Martini was perfect, exactly how I like them. I have a smaller appetite and asked for a quantity modification to the menu item I wanted. We were heading to the theater after dinner. I knew I wouldn't eat it all and boxing it to go wouldn't be an option. Our server checked and came back and said both the manager and chef were happy to accommodate. Now THAT is customer service and guest appreciation. You have earned my business in the future. The crab cake and beans and coconut rice were absolutely delicious and nicely plated. Our server had an award winning personality, happy, outgoing, friendly, and very efficient. We had a wonderful experience and will go back!

The Food was outstanding, very flavorful and seasoned just right. Really nice atmosphere, everyone seemed to be relaxed and the alcohol flowed. The service was A-1 and the sight at night of the city is a must see. Less expensive than Ruth Crisp with a better view.

This place has so much potential to be great but it's a huge letdown. I had a bad experience with the Anderson location last year and was hoping Greenville would be better. Truth be told, I ended up having a similar experience at both locations. I made a reservation and we were seated after waiting a few minutes for the host to arrive, she seemed upset that we were even there. Our server was very kind and did his job well, but we we waited well over an hour for our food. This was 1pm on a Sunday afternoon, and while the place was not empty, it wasn't full either. I have worked 6 years in food and bev so I am not some outsider looking in, I understand how stressful and difficult running and working at a restaurant can be. But this just sucked. We watched one of the families at another table leave after waiting longer than us. They had two small children who were well behaved but hungry and they had to leave after waiting so long. We were close to getting up and leaving too. Finally our food came out around 2:20 and it was fine, nothing special but not bad. I think this place would be fine if you just wanted to grab a drink at the bar, but don't come here to eat. I don't normally write reviews but after two bad experiences going the same way, I wanted to give a warning. Go somewhere else!

On 4/13/24, we had a Family Birthday Dinner at this restaurant - Greenville location. Our reservations were at 5. We arrived late, but a call was made to inform the restaurant of the change. Our party of four wanted to sit on the roof, and we were accommodated. This was our first visit and we were excited! Our Server, Alison (apologies if the name is misspelled), was a good Server. However, the dining experience was disappointing. I ordered the burger well and with no onions. When it was served, it was nearly the opposite. I brought this mistake to Alison's attention by showing her the red meat and onions. To correct the error, Alison took a portion of the meat (about 1/4 (I had cut the burger in half) back to the kitchen, burnt that portion (it was literally black and returned it to me. When it was time for us to leave, I was going to be charged for this horrible fix until I asked if they could do better. The burger was removed from my ticket. What disappointed me was not so much getting my Order wrong (this happens), but the unprofessional way "Up on he Roof" went about correcting it. I had to ask for better service when it should have been offered. Cathy I

I experienced considerable disappointment when observing that while everyone else received meticulously garnished and visually appealing beverages( they ordered the same drinks I did), my drinks were plain and served at room temperature. This discrepancy in presentation and quality greatly unsettled me. In my opinion, consistency in the standard of offerings is paramount. Regrettably, based on this experience, I am hesitant to revisit for drinks in the future.

Slow and not worth the money…. The views were cooo but staff was rude and stuck up. Not worth it in my opinion. Plenty of other rooftop locations with good views with much better service. But if you do decide to go and your server is Ben. Please ask for another sub his jokes are rude and offensive And he only checked on our table twice. He got our Drink orders and then he got our food orders and an hour later he brought us our check.

Visited this restaurant to celebrate the Clemson Ring Ceremony with our daughter and family. We made a reservation. We were offered inside our outside dining. The drink order was taken and we were encouraged to place our order as the kitchen was busy. The appetizers were bought out within the first 30 minutes. We waited another 45 mins while the waiter would stop by and say I do not know when your food will be ready. Another family with small children left after waiting 2 hours. At the 2 hour make our food started to come out 5 of the 6 dinners. The 6th burger came 15 mins later. No discount was taken off. All this happened while the manager folded napkins and watched the Masters at the next table. I am not sure what was going on that day but there were only 4 tables with guests in the inside dining room. I realize restaurants have bad days but at least a manager should have visited our table.

0/5 would be more accurate - nothing went right with the service. After getting the wrong side (over 2 hours after ordering) with my meal, I was charged for the side I ordered in the first place and our waiter, William, argued with me about taking it off the bill. The only redeeming point of the service was that the wine came out really fast - so fast that we didn't have glasses to drink it out of! I have had enjoyable experiences in the past but I won't be back!
