First time in a while that been awful. Gave me my food other 5 people at table waited over 30 minutes to receive theirs. So I was done before their food got to table. Had young man (wish I had gotten his name) that brought us our food not brought us more drinks we wouldn't have gotten them. Waitress didn't even care about that. Told her she must of forgotten us (and in a mean way) and she snapped at my husband. Rude and would not ever want her a a Waitress again!

I cannot say enough about the service we received. The hostess, waitress, and the person who brought our food were all super friendly and welcoming.
The food was pretty good too!

The service was good they fixed a problem promptly. However I was disappointed in the food the ruomalad for shrimp was to spicy and tasted like blooming onion sauce only and the blooming onion pieces we're so salty as to make them unenjoyable. Not what i expected for the price point.

Last night, I visited Outback Steakhouse hoping for a simple dinner with family or friends. Instead, we left feeling ignored, disrespected, and disappointed.
We arrived about 20 minutes before closing—aware it was late, but still well within posted hours. We were polite and simply asked to be seated. The hostess initially greeted us, but then began walking aimlessly around the restaurant without saying a word—no update, no explanation, nothing. We stood waiting awkwardly for ten minutes while empty tables sat untouched.
It felt like we were being stalled until we gave up—and that’s exactly what we eventually did. No one helped us. No one acknowledged us. It didn’t feel like hospitality. It felt intentional.
I’ve worked in customer service and understand the end of a shift can be tough, but if your doors are open, guests should still be treated with basic respect. If you don’t plan to seat customers close to closing time, adjust your hours or clearly communicate that policy.
I’m sharing this not out of anger, but because I believe feedback helps drive improvement. I’ve enjoyed Outback before, but this experience was unacceptable—and I hope it leads to better training and accountability.
Until then, I’ll be thinking twice before dining there again.

We had a party of 14 all the ribeye steaks was well done some was burnt. The manager(Molly Keough) came out and wanted to help by giving their “nasty” cheesecake instead of taking a percentage off the $300 bill. The manager was very rude but the waitress (Natasha) was very nice and considered.

We got a large order to go. It was ready when I arrived. The blummin onion was crispy and about The best we’ve ever had. The order was completely correct. I was amazed. That saying a lot cause I’m a crabby, old man.
